Phoenix Project, 1994 Done collaboratively with Otto Rigan of Phoenix, Arizona, for the City of Phoenix. Cast glass blocks were poured from graphite molds and incorporated into a stone wall. The glass blocks were treated with a reflective mylar coating and etched by sandblasting with the names of individuals who had lost their lives in the line of civic duty. Images by Otto Rigan
